What we collect
Only what you type into the pilot request form: name, work email, company, role, number of sites, country and your optional message.

Why
To answer your request and, if you agree to a pilot, to prepare it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Who processes it
The website host and our transactional email provider, under data processing agreements. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

How long
Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 12 months. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time, and you may complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
